We love all our costumes and we take them seriously. We are strict with our terms & conditions and actions will be taken if the rental agreement is breached.
By renting our costumes, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Rented costumes must be returned within your selected time frame from the date of collection. Failure to do so will result in a RM20.00 per day surcharge.
- Any changes of booking is subject to a RM20.00 of administration fee.
- Deposit will be refunded upon return of the costumes or accessories if in good or acceptable condition.
- Partymix Sdn Bhd reserves the right to decline a deposit refund if costume is damaged beyond repair.
